Easy check in, easy parking, great room. The Sebel was very accommodating & put us & my in-laws in a room next door. Comfy bed, room service was yum. Will definitely be staying again next time we’re in Auckland.

rooms ok. food ok . breakfast ok as not much variety. asked for extras and got charged. most hotels don't charge for extra orders like omelette . bit disappointing. i ordered a second room with breakfast but upon arrival when asked, i was advised breakfast not included and needed to be added. not a good experience . i did not get a free night as was charged $45 for it but was told by Allaccor that it is a free night with $0.00. i also was not provided with breakfast for this day and got charged on the day. no a very good experience.

Room provided by contract. Fantastic central location with kitchette (neat), & all the staff most helpful & friendly; thought charging for parking a bit checky though hence a deduction in points score
