Lovely staff, lovely meal in restaurant and breakfast the next day. However room was very cold on arrival. Also very tired. Air conditioning did not work, only two plug in heaters in room, which did warm the room eventually. Bathroom had no heating, not even a radiator & was stark! Shower was either cold or blisteringly hot! Bath over shower is never good with my feet! Far to small floor of bath to stand comfortably in! Why no shower cubicle! For a 4 * hotel i consider the room very poor.

As usual, a good stay, the courtyard bedrooms are very spacious, clean and nice and the hotel has a very large car park. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Dinner was very average, which was a bit disappointing and is reflected in the score.
