Our stay at the Mercure was very comfortable. This hotel allows pets which suited us as we had just arrived into Heathrow with our pet. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful, I think her name was Ada or Aga. We ordered food to have in our room and that was very good. Would recommend the hotel supplies tissues in the room. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

The staff were good and the food was very enjoyable Unlike previous visits I had a room this time in the old part of the hotel, it was smaller very aware of road noise. Also very aware of noise from other guests The TV remote did not work, the toilet flush overflowed and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty These were all reported but no action taken

We stay regularly at the Mercure Thame Lambert hotel as we have family close by. We booked for one night but extended it due to a change in plans. It is well appointed & a good stay once again.
