Dear Alexandria, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. I am pleased to hear that you appreciated our location. However, I regret that the lack of towel rails and hooks in your room impacted your experience. It is disappointing to hear that you were not offered any assistance with your luggage upon departure. I will address this with our Front Office team as luggage assistance both upon arrival and departure is something we have spoken about internally many times.
