We had an amazing experience over Christmas at Pullman Rotorua! From our very 1st interaction with Meg at Reception who was warm, welcoming and helpful when we arrived, to Roshani our waitress at dinner who was lovely and kind, to Tracey who was energetic and enthusiastic in her Christmas attire greeting us at the buffet breakfast the next morning, to Mazza who managed the buffet breakfast each morning where there were some demanding customers but he addressed each of their needs always with a smile on his face, and finally our favourite waitress Esther who is just recently graduated from Hospitality school and would always ask what we were up to each day, provide recommendations and wish us the best day during our time in Rotorua! All round, an absolutely fantastic team and experience at Pullman Rotorua!

Shocking experience. Definitely need more staff training in All Accor Memberships. After being told breakfast wasn’t included even tho we hold a Dimond membership then for them to correct themself and say only half of my family was entitled and not the other half even tho I had paid for 2 rooms under the same booking. Also noting that upon booking months in advance I had requested a child bed for one of the room to have a child single roll away bed placed in for them to say upon checking in that unfortunately they didn’t have any available. Leaving my daughter forced to sleep on the sofa for 2 nights. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to book here even if you are an Accor member I would recommend looking at other hotel brands.

Good hotel with nice clean rooms in the middle of town. Staff are excellent, particularly TJ. He was a great help getting us into our room and getting our car packed up at the end. Give that man a promotion and a pay rise!

Kyra at the front desk made it from good to great. She upgraded us and called us afterwards to be upgraded again. I’m not sure if it was because we were celebrating our anniversary/finishing cancer treatments or if she was just extra nice. We got a suite and it was huge. It’s the nicest in the area. Great breakfast and everyone was very friendly.
