We loved staying here bc of the location, the beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and knowledgeable friendly staff. Walking distance to many things. Our fav was walking to the Polynesian thermal pools and spa(10 mins) or the park nearby- both are amazing.:)

It was such an amazing hotel. Only thing was the gluten free breakfast buffet was tiny. Would be great to have gluten free muffins , bagels even a granola to choose from rather than weetbix and cornflakes. Otherwise it was a beautiful place to state

Dear Brooke, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your kind comments about the hotel. I appreciate your thoughts regarding the gluten free breakfast selection. While the dedicated gluten free section may appear limited, there are actually a number of items across the buffet that are naturally gluten free and suitable for many guests. The products in our dedicated gluten free section are items that are manufactured and packaged as certified gluten free. Under New Zealand food regulations, we cannot advertise items prepared in our hotel kitchen as gluten free, nut free etc as there is always a risk of cross contamination during preparation. That said, your feedback is very valuable and we agree there is an opportunity to offer greater variety within the dedicated gluten free selection. We will be reviewing the range and looking at introducing a larger rotation of products such as muffins, cereals, granola and other options in the future.
