Bad Experience at Pullman Rotorua

Very unprofessional at their work, the hotel is not at all cooperative. We asked for varied services as tourists and all was denied by the hotel. They couldn't even arrange a taxi for us. Wouldn't suggest anyone to come here anytime. Had a terrible experience.

Staff had issues with booking initially but sorted eventually. Well appointed room and good value for the two nights. The breakfast deal for two was also very good and saw a lot of guests making use of it too. Staff helped with storage for our e bikes and also getting them charged.

Super helpful team at the Pullman. Went out of their way to ensure we got a room that suited us best and lots of help with things on the local area. Great sized room with huge shower, had city view which was almost better as we could still se thermal area of the lake and had fun spotting other hot pools and geysers from 9th floo
