Hotel location was great unfortunately the room was quite dirty. There was mold on the windows, lots of dust, surfaces needed wiping down and shower corners had grime build up.

We had a wonderful honeymoon here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make the stay extra special. The room offered incredible views of both the lake and the city, and the comfortable mattress made for a great night's sleep. One minor area for improvement: the staff went out of their way to write a sweet card for our honeymoon, which we really appreciated. However, as two men, we noticed it was addressed to "Mr and Mrs." Switching to gender-neutral language would make a great experience even better.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Hotel! The room was great with lovely views, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and any requests were easily taken care of. The valet parking was definitely worth it too – just a quick phone call and our car was waiting out the front within five minutes! Overall, a fantastic stay and we would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. we were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. we loved our upgraded room, and the buffet breakfast was always an enjoyable experience that rotated some of its offerings, so you had a choice of items. The room itself was generally comfortable, and I fully understand that basic amenities like disposable slippers and bin liners might occasionally be missed during housekeeping turnover. ​However, what made this stay deeply disappointing was the complete lack of service follow-through. I called the front desk, and the team explicitly promised that the items would be brought up "within 5 minutes." Nobody ever showed up. We waited, eventually left the property, and only realized upon returning hours later that the request was simply forgotten and ignored. ​For a Pullman property that positions itself as a five-star standard, making an empty promise and failing to deliver even the most basic guest service is simply unacceptable.

Highly recommended, just spent 3 nights at the Pullman , the room was very nice and clean with extremely comfortable bedding. Excellent location within walking distance to the natural water spas , restaurants and shops . Staff are very friendly and helpful

Loved the stay. Enjoyed the room and the restaurant. Only slight gripe was the bathroom glass sliding doors which were clunky and noisy.
