As a platinum Accor member, I was very appreciative of the welcome amenity, and the extra benefits applied during our stay. The staff were all lovely including the concierge staff who put our EV on charge in valet parking without us asking! The food in the restaurant is very good. A great stay!

Everything about the stay was excellent, the NZ Sauvignon Blanc given as a free gift however was disgusting (or just not to my taste)

Very satisfied with our stay, would choose again. Graded an 8 because property is relatively small and catering to large tour groups makes for a hassle at times due to crowd's, particularly at resturant. Also, room configurations not ideal, with bathroom/shower directly in room.
