What a beautiful hotel room - not sure I've seen a room this well arranged, and with windows everywhere you look. Plus, the hotel is very centrally situated and the staff were very welcoming.

I got a call yesterday from Shu who told me my wallet with passport and money had been found in my room's safe. Our flight back to the states is tomorrow. He and Robert (the GM) worked together and Robert is coming to Auckland for a meeting and will have my wallet with him and I can pick it up later today. This is service above and beyond expectations and is greatly appreciated. Thank you to the Pullman team in Rotorua.
