I travelled from the UK for a conference at great expense. The heating in my room was set to central control and ran from freezing cold with ice air blown me in the evening to being 28 degrees in the middle of the night. When I phoned to ask reception to change it it took quite some time and I lost a lot of sleep. The second night I woke with a migraine with the heat again at 28 degrees. This is absolutely unacceptable I was not able to sleep properly and this affected my experience of the conference that I had travelled so far for. On the third day I was moved to another room but this hardly made up for the terrible experience of the first two nights. I dined in the restaurant one night and waited a long time for service and then again a long time to be given the bill even though the restaurant was quiet.

We were very impressed with the waiters in the dining room. The lady the brought our car for us after checking out was lovely, she went far and beyond her duty she helped me to the car and also helped pack everything into the car, she was an angel.
