We were not impressed with the reception service; staff were juts "going through motion" and lacked warmth and enthusiasm. Rooms, while clean, were above average, and breakfast selection was limited. I would like to commend Mr Shui Chi though, who was very helpful in helping us book transfer from Auckland Airport to Pullman, and then from Pullman to Auckland Park Hyatt.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The "lake view" room did not disappoint.
