However, I am sorry to learn about the issues you experienced with your room temperature and entertainment options. Please accept our apologies for the discomfort caused by the air conditioning during your stay; our engineering team will inspect the unit in your room to ensure it is functioning properly. Regarding our channel selection, in line with many international hotels across New Zealand, we no longer offer Sky TV services. However, our televisions feature streaming capabilities (Chromecast), allowing guests to easily access their preferred content, sports, and movies using their own devices and personal subscriptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your weekend away. Every person on the team were fantastic. A specific call out to the service of Reiko in the bar and restaurant. From day one until day 8, his service was flawless. Having access to inner circle, I spent most nights in the lobby/restaurant and his attentiveness along with the rest of the team was second to none. This also meant I was able to see the other hotel staff interact with guests every night. The level of professionalism and care from every staff member was given to every guest that walked through the door irrespective of the time of day. From front of house to cleaners to bar and kitchen. Hats off to the management and team for creating such a great place to spend time. I also want to call out the welcome amenity, it can be hit and miss across the Accor group, but I always find the local connection to the amenity provided in NZ is a wonderful touch. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and feeling the split between the two singles to make the king wasn't the best, but overall a great place to base myself for a week in Rotorua.

We had a great stay at the Pullman Rotorua! We arrived early, and having arranged an early checkin were able to access our room immediately. The room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the ambience and the happy hour specials in the bar and were able to store our luggage after checkout, meaning we could make use of all our time in Rotorua. Would recommend!

Great stay, room was perfect with added bonus of quality restaurant and bar. The gym was equipped with everything needed to destress or daily blowout. short walk to other food options and lake side activities.

That’s a big room if enlarge the bar table and with microwave would be more convenience. The lighting switches so frustrated as long as on the washing room and bar corner.

Check in/out and valet parking was quick and easy. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with great views out over the lake. The attached restaurant 'Barrel & Co' had tasty options for meals and the service was always pleasant and quick. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and perfectly cooked omelettes and poached eggs. All staff were pleasant and helpful with any query.

I have been coming to the Pullman Rotorua for several years now. I find it absurd that a 5-star hotel does not offer Sky anymore. Me and my son wanted to watch the All-blacks game and were told you no longer have sky. It is the first 5-star hotel I have been to that does not offer this service. Disappointing.

Recommend you review relationship between bathroom facilities and bedroom when refurbishing rooms in the future. It is unnecessary and unpleasant to have zero acoustic separation between the toilet and main space. Similarily, it is not advantageous to feel like the basins/ bathroom are part of the bedroom. There is ample space to create a wall between, which could have sliding doors if someone wants to have the space connected. I suggest this arrangement works when you are sleeping in the room only. The lack of acoustic separation for the toilet is not acceptable. We will stay in alternative accommodation in the future. I should note that the location was good, view nice and staff pleasant, but the bathroom arrangement is a deal breaker.

The room had a wonderful view of the lake and was quite spacious but lacked some storage space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was very large and had exceptional water pressure
