although the stay was OK and staff were nice, my Platinum Membership were not recognized in any of what I expected, no upgrade, no breakfast, no late checkout, no early check-in and not a welcome ambiance. I understand the occupancy were high but doesn't mean to ignore the loyalty of ALL, even front desk staff showed me "whatever" when I aim for my membership benefits.

Everything about the stay was perfect. It is strategically located near metro and gold souk. The service provided by the staff was fantastic.

Our first stay with Adagio

Our 7 nights stay at Adagio met our expectations. The room was fully equipped with the necessary essentials suited for our big family stay such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen. However there were some areas that the hotel could like into such as the breakfast spread and gym.

Good stay, polite staff especially in the swimming pool.

I am very happy and satisfied with my stay. We havent had a chance to try the breakfast. I would like to thank to the manager and the staff who allowed me to ask late checkout until 4 pm since my flight was 9 pm.
