Other than the staff that greet you at the door everyone else is rude and appears very lazy. They don’t want to provide any service. Just leave them alone.

Overall stay was good and clean. The only downside is the lift that always all at ground floor and if you staying at L10 you have to wait awhile for the lift. My suggestion if you can set 1 lift always at L13 and 2 lift at ground floor that will be great.
