Staff were welcoming and professional. Also very helpful and spoke good English. Excellent breakfast with good fresh items. However, building needs refurbishment. Our electronic key lock was not working, but once again the staff sorted the problem by giving us a traditional key.

We travelled from Praglonan de Vanoise to Bordeaux. We stopped by Vichy to visit friends and we appreciate this hotel as it proposes nice price, parking and paid breakfast.
