Not relly as expected and experienced on our many other stays at this hotel. Cool room for once,very good dinner . Breakfast was very much a disaster due to poor supervision by the person in charge. They ran out of Croissants and the hot food was cold and even when I drew this to the attention of the staff and asked to have my plate micro waved it was no better than tepid !!!!Not what one expects and a poor reflection on the Hotel Management. Friendly and helpful staff and good service

We had booked a privilege room and the booking was confirmed. When we arrived, the receptionist told us, they did not have a privilege room for us, but they upgrated a standard room into a privilege room (put a coffee machine in ) and we would only pay the rate for a standard room. It was the worst hotel room we ever stayed in. The room was stinky (cigarette smoke), the carpet full of large ugly stains. At the breakfast buffet, they did not have enough staff to handle the amount of people. When we checked out, the receptionist knew nothing about the arrangement at check in and she wanted to charge us a privilege room. We had to tell her our story again. We will never, ever again stay in that hotel.
