As a valued Accor member and a returning guest, your expectations are completely understandable, and we are sorry that we did not meet them this time. Please accept our apologies for the bed configuration not matching your booking, as well as for the unacceptable cleanliness issues you experienced in the replacement room. Finding cigarette butts and encountering a persistent smoke odor in a designated non-smoking room is certainly not in line with our standards, and we fully understand how concerning this must have been, especially while staying with your son. We are actively reinforcing our cleanliness and inspection procedures to ensure all rooms meet Accor standards before being assigned to guests.
