Nice interior but understaffed and some key things missing

Staff super friendly and helpful but just not enough of them - Particularly at the pool, there needs to be changing rooms and toilets by the pool and place to properly clean sand off feet from the beach - someone to hose away the sand also. Coconuts need to be cold and the pool grout needs cleaning. Possible to put loungers on the beach ? Food in the exchange restaurant in evening was extremely poor with a terrible pad Thai that was sloppy and flavorless. Manager was very helpful in recognizing and accommodating my thoughts though. Breakfast was very good. Room was fantastic, parking difficult

Went for business and this will 100% be my stay cation spot! Was Very Satisfied with whole team, front desk Girls! porters, The day Manager! Great bar staff by the Pool (s) and beach was fantastic ocean view, clean, I highly recommend it!

An exceptionally well designed and well maintained resort hotel with super helpful staff. My suite had a large balcony that provided a stunning view over the pool and out across the bay. Although I only stayed for one night, what impressed me most was the staff - from making sure all the small tasks were done just right, to going well above what you would normally expect. A special thanks to Thavary at reception who successfully rearranged my odd travel itinerary to make sure I got where I planned. If you're looking for a reason to come to Sihanoukville, this resort is it!

The room charge is expensive & without breakfast - not value for money.
