Breakfast choices could vary daily - staying for 3 days or longer having the same food can be very boring. Shower floor trap was jammed on day 1 - hopefully this can be checked before guest check-in.

Have been an Accor's member for sometimes with experience in various hotels in different countries. It's also our second stay in Novotel Sihanoukville. But despite the proper booking for double bed, our room turned out to be twin bed. When asked to move, we found cigarette butts on the floor and under the bed. The smell was unpleasant even after the touch-up by housekeeper. The room was indeed non-smoking, but it smells cigarette all over the room. The experience makes it unpleasant to stay especially when my son is around too.

Finding cigarette butts and encountering a persistent smoke odor in a designated non-smoking room is certainly not in line with our standards, and we fully understand how concerning this must have been, especially while staying with your son. I have to share my good and somewhat accidental incident happened on my trip to Cambodia. First thing is Novotel Sihanoukville Hotel and Resort are exceptional nice Hotel & Resort run by great team of professional people. First | thank to General Manager Mr. Ayub Yulianto, He treated me with care in the Hotel and understanding my concerns with immediate solutions. I was treated as VIP in the Hotel because of you Mr Yulianto Thank you for your great hospitality shown on the 14 days stay in your Hotel. I enjoyed every moment on my stay and I will leave few more details about my journey on my stay. I was treated as VIP Accort member, Big Thanks To Head of Novotel Concierge Mr. Ly Phiron, he take care of me beginning to end of my trip, he drive me everywhere with Hotel Vehicle pick me up and drop me me off at Boat Terminal and most importantly he take care of me when I need medical attention 2 times. He was very caring my Cambodian Sugar Cane special cool drink waiting me after returning to Main land from Island tour and he done it every single time including some lunch items including. I can't thank enough to him. He was excellent concierge I ever met and his concierge team members are amazing as well. Mr. Phiron always in there for me on my entire 14 days in his Hotel with amazing smile on his face showing great Cambodia hospitality to me all the time. Thank You Mr Phiron for all amazing time I experienced on my stay in Novotel. Thad a massage in Socha Beach Resort and accidental incident happened when I get a stone massage and I injured my back after the massage Mr. Phiron take immediate action to contact the massage place and they treated me with emergency care. From Concierge Mr. Phiron made a big difference on my stay in the Hotel with big beautiful smile on his face all the time. Thank You. Also I thank to Frond Desk Manager Mr. Cholsa he was great for reserving my big beautiful room and he treated me with upgrade with half city view room. I asked ocean view but availability issues allowed him to best he can with the room he reserved for me. I was happy with it with no issues. Overall Frond desk team members were great people when you needed they were there for you with always smiling on their faces. Professional staff working all over the Hotel and they take seriously to the their job. It makes big difference if Hotel staff showing up professionally when you need it. I'm not easy to pleased and I was satisfied with Novotel Sihanoukville. Also I can't thank enough to Pool Bar Supervisor Miss Sophia, she treated me very well and she made sure I am happy with meals and drinks. It was delicious tropical drinks I experimented in there. All bar team members were hard working people with good attitude. Overall my favorite person was Concierge Mr. Ly Phiron, he was there for me with all my needs from beginning to end. I have to thank Restaurant Manager Mr. Virak for noticing my back scar and offering me special oil "morina" oil. What a special person Mr. Virak he care about the customer. Breakfast restaurant young cook (sorry I don’t remember his name but he was Indian descent) he was caring and prepared my eggs every morning with smile on his face and he was very good for small chats. Thanks for great sunny side eggs. Manager Mr. Virak always welcomed me in the breakfast and he made me happy with promises sun is coming back in the afternoon. He hold his promise and sun was back in the atternoon. He nold nis promise and sun was shining on time. I hope see again all entire Novotel Sihanoukville team members in the future. Thank You 🙏 P.S. Everything was great except for the cigarette smell in the room, even though it's a none-smoking room. It seems that the smell comes from the central air system.
