We have Maersk trip 07 Dec-08 Dec and would comment as below. Beach was block for team building game but at same day there is stage set up for Lamborghini, double work and small space, not as per our agreement and no one inform us till 06 Dec. Registration issue -Novotel staff not well arrangement for Maersk staff > lack experience of big gruop of guest -Maersk already provide staff room list to Novotel while key deliver not completed by them. -Ask Maersk organizer to manage on staff while they are guest of Novotel (showing bad attitude like we annoying your place) -Minibar need to remove since contract signed, but not. Mr.Jesse at Novotel receptionist area not respond on that issue and told us that if they not yet remove he will pay for it (Super bad attitude) - Room not set up Hollywood bed as agreement > Novotel ask each room owner to call to them. Operator at ballroom -We have to told him one by one on how to do/what to do which consume a lot of our time -Play list of party dancing music share but he not process it. waste of our enjoy moment We not got respect from staff!

I have platinum status but felt like same other guess. Room doesnt give any aminities and no welcome letter .. I wont comeback again

However, your client's breakfast was not charged to you during your last trip exceptionally during your last trip. We also apologize for not providing the usual amenities and welcome letter during your stay. We take your feedback seriously and are actively working on improvements to enhance our guest experience.
