First of all, please allow us to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced during your stay. We truly regret the discomfort caused by the smell of smoke and this is certainly not the experience we wish to provide to our guests. To clarify, our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and all indoor public areas. Guests are only allowed to smoke on their private balconies. Any guest found smoking inside the room will be subject to a USD$350 cleaning penalty, in accordance with our hotel policy. Regarding outdoor areas, smoking is not permitted at certain locations, including the main entrance, doorways, and crowded public areas. Our team continuously monitors these areas and is actively working on improving enforcement to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. Thank you again for your feedback.
