Regarding the parking, we would like to clarify that our Security team is on standby 24/7 to assist our guests. However, we understand that during peak arrival periods, when many guests arrive at the same time, it can be challenging for the team to respond immediately. We will investigate what happened during your arrival and review our procedures to ensure better assistance during busy periods. We are particularly sorry to hear about the room condition, including the smell, dust, pillow, and overall cleanliness. Our Housekeeping team is regularly trained and briefed to maintain consistent quality and high hygiene standards. We are disappointed that these standards were not reflected during your stay, and we will follow up with the team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the lights and electrical equipment, our rooms are equipped with a master electrical switch located next to the bed, which needs to be switched on for the room's electrical functions to operate. However, we acknowledge that this may not have been clear, and our team should also have ensured that everything was properly checked before your arrival. We will brief our teams and strengthen our room inspection process accordingly. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our breakfast, and we truly appreciate you mentioning this positive aspect.
