Overall our stay was good.

Dear Mr. Indra P., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience in a hectic parking situation. We fully understand how this could affect your first impression and comfort. We are also truly sorry to learn that your breakfast experience was not comfortable due to limited seating availability and delays in food replenishment. Your suggestion to separate group breakfasts from individual guests is highly appreciated and very valuable. This is an important point that we will review with our Food & Beverage and Operations teams to better manage group arrangements and ensure a more comfortable experience for all guests. The delay in refilling food items and the fact that several dishes ran out as early as 8:00 AM is certainly not acceptable, and we apologize for this shortfall. Immediate follow-up will be conducted with our team to improve preparation, monitoring, and refill procedures, especially during peak hours. Thank you once again for your constructive feedback. It helps us identify areas that need improvement, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a much smoother and more enjoyable stay. The location is easy to find and the rooms are neat and clean, for a 4 star hotel it is quite good, but the security guard at the car entrance is not friendly, parking is a bit difficult and there is loading and unloading at night which blocks the road so the car has to reverse, and usually for gold members, fruit is always provided.. this is not there.. but there is a delicious cake.. I was also upgraded for the room..
