I stayed here with my mum for 4 nights and I couldn’t fault the hotel. Lovely clean room which also had a kitchen. Good breakfast and the staff were all very helpful and friendly! Great location too! I would highly recommend this hotel and if I visit Dubai again which I hope to I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel has very good location and AMAZING stuff! They are very nice, professional, happy to help. But, the hotel is completely "no alcohol" policy, not even on private beach (I've asked if I can bring the drink from beach bar next door, and was told it's not possible (understand it is Dubai, but would expect easier rules for international hotel, like the others have). As well, I couldn't enjoy any of my gold member benefits (no room upgrade due to availability - fine, and welcome drink was issue as well, as majority of ingredients were not on stock - non alco beer stock out, some fruits too, when asked for smoothie, so at the end I asked the waiter to "surprise" us and bring whatever he could - again, stuff very nice, helpful, just amazing). The room was acceptable, the main issue for us was the connection door with next room, which brought lot of noise from other guests. Kitchen well equipped, all you need available. Bathroom bit outdated, but still within expectations.
