visited twice in quick succession (Feb 26 & April 26), unfortunately from 1st April 26, significant reduction in Club Lounge food, however the biggest disappointment was the breakfast in Arts Cafe as they have removed the extensive buffet and turned it into a averge a'la carte with a sub-par buffet. A really disappointing stay. Charged my card in error (instead of a deposit) couldnt offer a late check out (1pm was latest) even though 2 rooms booked. Mis-advised on complimentry drinks, they claimed my 2nd room wasnt in my name (it was showing in my app) No yoga matt in room even though requested via pre-arrival questionaire.
