I had another excellent stay at Fairmont Singapore, once again reaffirming why this hotel remains my preferred choice. I would especially like to highlight Jamie, the Duty Manager during my check-in. She truly went out of her way to make me feel valued as a regular guest. Although she was under no obligation to do so, Jamie kindly helped me select my room and even arranged for me to view it before the actual check-in. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and reflected exceptional service, care, and attention to detail. I would also like to commend Claudia, the Duty Manager at the time of my check-out. She was extremely pleasant, respectful, and attentive when I requested an early check-in for my upcoming stay next week. She handled the request with warmth and professionalism, which I really appreciated. I sincerely hope the early check-in can be accommodated when I return, and I look forward to another wonderful stay at the hotel.

The whole team in the exec lounge on 25th floor could not do enough for us- we stayed for 1 night before a cruise then back again after the cruise and they remembered our drinks - impressive. James is a font of all knowledge having previously been a tour guide so if you need to know where to visit just ask him. It was my husbands 60th birthday whilst we were on our travels and the team arranged for our room to be decorated to celebrate this occasion plus they gave us a lovely room facing the Bay. Every evening & every breakfast the service has been excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend every member of the team and thank them for their attentive service.
