GazPerth Couples - TripAdvisor review

What you would expect from a Fairmont but with the significant benefit of being a part of Raffles City. Loads of eating options for all budgets, lots of coffee options, direct access to the MRT and connected to a myriad of underground shopping malls. Experience the Gold Lounge if you can for exceptional professional service, incredible views and a beautiful breakfast. Will be back.

It’s ok except for the parking n being chased out before 1pm The hotel key didn’t work past 12 pm so wasted time going to get the key fixed even though it was already extended to 1pm at check in . Quite disappointed to have to pay to upgrade despite being Accor plus member and having to spend $50+ on parking which I was not informed about prior to arrival as parking was available in the past .

Stayed over the Singapore National Day period at the Fairmont Gold Harbor Suite. Special shoutout to Sharon and team for the exceptional service, and attention to detail arranging the special touches for the room. The view was outstanding, especially during the fireworks during the NDP.

It was a good stay with Fairmont Singapore. The hotel is conveniently located and the salon suite is very mordern. Staff needs to be bit more understanding of specific needs and not always refer to default responses (the reason for deducting one point).

The service here is nothing short of exceptional all round. Truely professional, warm hearted and so thoughtful. We stayed in the gold room and food was amazing for canapés. The view is outstanding in our room overlooking the harbour. The cocktails were Devine!!! Highly recommend anyone to stay here as it is also prime positie for all attractions. Till we meet again Fairmont. Cya mate. !!!!! Janelle and Peter.
