Upon my arrival, I was disappointed as there was no bellboy reaching out for my bag and there was no parking space , my taxi was in the middle of the road, therefore my taxi driver helped me unload the bags and dragged them to the lobby. I have already reported it to the office desk. As for my room services received, the stuff who delivered the food did not utter a word. Well, I did appreciate your bellboy’s effort to bring my passport To the train station when I realized that I had kept in safe deposit box. Overall, the room was kept neat and comfortable, the breakfast was Okay, the dinner we entertained to my clients was satisfactory, my check-out was efficient. I hope my next visit in December is more memorable one !

The Fairmont Beijing has the best professional staff, both at the Concierge and Front Desk. As the saying goes, Its not the place that matters but is the people that counts. We stayed for three nights and received warm hospitality at the hotel. The rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. Although its not strategically located near any big attractions, we can easily use the metro to places; Wangfujing, Tiananmen, Beijing Zoo etc. All in all, it was a perfect place for us. I will surely recommend it to anyone who want comfort and be served with warm hospitality. Cheers to Apple, Yoyo, Hans and the team at Concierge!

Room temperature was 25degrees, staff didn’t understand our needs, pretended not to understand, didn’t fix for 49 hours. Tour guide spoke with staff and nothing happened unreliable last evening and temperature was dropped to 12.5 degrees. I came down with a nasty cold and had to visit doctor for medicine. Absolutely disgusting service from staff. Scenic group.

The facilities are good. Menu choices are good as well. Improvement areas - In room coffee can be added. Internet connectivity is really bad. It is just not usable. This needs improvement.

Absolutely fantastic service and amenities. Close proximity to Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, rest of Beijing easily accessible via close subway. Happy Hour and Afternoon Tea included as part of lounge. Concierge was vital to our booking tickets and taxis.

We really like the rooms and the exceptional customer service. A special thank you to employee Apple who is one of the reasons we are returning guests as she is so helpful & nice to us - goes the extra mile. The lounge is nice, the new breakfast egg station is very good. The food choices in the evening could be improved. I really liked the Fairmont loyalty program before it was acquired by Accor. I do not like the Accor program, my points did not transfer correctly & I lost my status and the points program seems unremarkable. The Fairmont staff however is very remarkable - Apple and Andy (doorman)
