The exterior and lobby are incredible and jaw dropping as you walk in. The room was the complete opposite. From chair upholstery being glued together by sticky tape to a mouldy wall that was literally falling dure to water damage, cracked unkept tiles I could not believe what I walked in. I’m not the type of person that complaints to change rooms for no reason but this was completely unacceptable and after 20 hours of traveling I had to pack up and go downstairs to complain. I was switched to a much nicer and bigger room that was fair from perfect but more in line with my expectations. Breakfast was average but extremely expensive for what you got, the pastries were at least a day old and tasted bad, everything was oily and not a lot of variety I would not recommend this add on if you’re very mobile or getting a good deal which I was not. In addition I was charged the price of a second room for requesting a rollout bed for my child. I tried to order room service once and the soup was well made but had zero salt, I requested salt and was given an empty salt shaker. English is not spoken by the majorly of staff so if you have any issues you need to be very patient and direct to get them revolved. Air quality and temperature inside the room was also too hot and stuffy but this was resolved once we requested the window to be open. This was not the worst stay of my life but FAR from my expectations when I booked a 5 star hotel of this calibre for the high price I paid. Overall I’m glad the room was changed to something acceptable but I am honestly disappointed.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. While I generally appreciate the standards of your hotel, there were a few service inconsistencies that I feel are important to bring to your attention. ​I had two consecutive bookings for two days each. Upon check-in, I coordinated this with the front desk to ensure I could remain in the same room. However, it seems this wasn't updated in the system, as I was contacted mid-day during my second stay and asked to move my belongings. As I was away in business meetings with traders, this caused unnecessary stress. While the matter was eventually resolved—and I sincerely thank you for the thoughtful cake sent to my room afterward—better internal communication could have prevented this situation. ​Furthermore, there was some confusion regarding the payment for my second reservation. The receptionist (I believe her name was Alyson) requested payment for a booking that had already been settled. Although it was cleared up after a few minutes, it felt a bit uncoordinated. ​As a Hilton Gold and Marriott Elite member, I value seamless service and attention to detail. These small lapses felt slightly below the premium experience I associate with your brand. ​I hope this feedback helps in refining your front-office procedures. Got kicked out of breakfast after having breakfast fast first day. Booked with Amex and always get complimentary breakfast, but actually got kicked out second day as I was eating….

We were travelling with a young baby, and whilst this caused some teething issues with the hotel as a whole, the desk manager Bella and the Gold Lounge trainee Jasmine went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported. Thank you both for all your help!
