We are delighted to know that you loved the hotel and appreciated the service and facilities overall. We are, however, truly sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the lack of a peaceful space to relax after check-out while waiting for your airport transfer. We understand how important it is to feel comfortable during those final moments of a stay, and we regret that the Conservatory Bar was unavailable due to a private event and that the Elephant Bar was not yet open. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
