We celebrate my wife’s birthday at Le Royal Restaurant and had a wonderful experience. Table decoration and beautiful view made the evening special, and the dinner was truly romantic. Service was excellent, thank you to Pisey for her attentive care, and compliments to the chef for the delicious food. Shout out to Tin for his assistance with the steaks. We truly appreciate the team for making this celebration memorable. Cool

The entire experience was superb and flawless by any world standard.The hotel architecture and interior was wonderful; the staff attended to every need and were the friendliest we have encountered.Hotel location is perfect, breakfast was delightful was the dinner we enjoyed in Restaurant 1929.We also enjoyed the warm and relaxing ambiance of a drink at the Elephant Bar.

We loved our short stay of a few days after more than 24 hours of travel. Raffles Hotel was the perfect place to do this, whether relaxing by the pool or in the Elephant Bar. We enjoyed being part of the Christmas celebrations but the highlight was the breakfast. The eggs with crab are a new favourite of mine! All the staff were wonderful, welcoming and friendly without going too far over the top.

Loved the hotel but disappointed that there was no place to sit in peace between checking out and being picked up for transfer to airport. The Conservatory Bar area was booked for a private function, I was asked to move from a table by the Bar and the Elephant Bar did not open until 2pm

We are, however, truly sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the lack of a peaceful space to relax after check-out while waiting for your airport transfer. We understand how important it is to feel comfortable during those final moments of a stay, and we regret that the Conservatory Bar was unavailable due to a private event and that the Elephant Bar was not yet open. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
