We really enjoyed our stay and thought your staff were terrific, efficient and friendly. But your breakfast experience was poor - slow service and over fussy. A small buffet would work much better, we felt. Plus you have a stunning pool area, but there was only one person working the area which meant it was hard getting service,

We arrived in Phnom Penh after a three night stay at your sister hotel in Siem Reap which we found near-faultless. Overall, the experience at Raffles Phnom Penh, though we were there only 24 hours, did not compare very favourably. On the positive side, the swimming pools were lovely and relaxing, and the welcome and atmosphere in the Elephant Bar warm and friendly. On the other hand, we thought the breakfast arrangements were rather strange, not very well organised (a buffet would have been much better), and the service somewhat abrupt. The other issue we had was with the bathroom, where the toilet became blocked twice. It was attended to quickly the first time but then the problem recurred. Also noise from the street was quite high as the windows lacked any double or secondary glazing.
