Rooms were clean and staff friendly. However I was interrupted during a conversation with a family member by an inebriated guest who was being homophobic in his communication. I challenged him which he refused to apologise for and I brought it to the attention of the staff there, who didn't seem to care either. On checking out in the morning, I once again reported it and provided the person's room number. That staff member was truly disgusted and apologetic
