Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I’m really glad to hear that overall your stay was positive, but I’m sorry to learn about the housekeeping issue you experienced. Our rooms are serviced when a “Gone Exploring” hanger is placed on the door, as this lets our team know it’s a convenient time to enter. That said, I completely understand your frustration, especially when it comes to essentials like tea and milk not being replenished during your stay.
