Centrally located in Perth the hotel is ideal for exploring the city. No problem parking all day via the hotels parking link. Rooms were comfortable but I found the pillows quite hard.Tea and coffee facilities available in the room.. Staff were friendly and helpful but there is no lift in the hotel so could be a problem for some people. Didn't have breakfast but did have an evening meal ,it was okay.

the welcome was first class and on par with 5 star hotels (F&B manager) food very good and service was spot on, my only issue is that i would like a early breakfast as i had to leave early

The room was spacious and tidy. Rather stuffy (no air con), but managed to get the window open after some struggle :D The TV didn't work, I did mention this at the reception shortly after check in and they promised to get someone have a look at it, but no one came. Not a big deal as such but still. The dripping tap was more annoying. The perfume or whatever at the lobby was VERY strong. This was rather uncomfortable for someone suffering from fragrance sensitivity.

Pretty disappointing based on how often I stay with Accor hotels. No platinum welcome and if anything I think I was downgrades. The walls in the room were marked and dirty and the room itself was tiny with a bed barely big enough for two people. In addition to this it was not possible to keep the window open. On the plus side the staff were delightful and the (small) bathroom was spotless but please don’t use those horrible nylon shower curtains.
