The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, but they are looking tired, need sprucing up.

Sherman Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

After completing the pre registration I expected a quick check in but was faced with a queue of people who, like me, found out the parking had to be paid for. I wasn't aware of this and to make matters worse, free parking was offered to new member but not to existing. What happened to looking after loyal customers. The whole check in process took far to long and was a waste of time pre registering. I shan't be going back. The one saving grace was that Sam, who looked after us for dinner, was an angel and arranged a table for 13 of us in the restaurant, when it wasn't open and her and a colleague waited upon us perfectly. Overall, keep Sam but please, sort your parking policy out.

Poor value for money. Uncomfortable, squeaky mattress

The breakfast has a good selection. The actual room was disappointing as it smelt so much of bleach it made my eyes run. The room was tired and the carpet was threadbare at the end of the bed. The staff a re very friendly. It was disappointing to find out that the kitchen closes early. We asked for any bar snacks but only crisps and nuts were available. It wasn’t late, only 8.45. In
