Great stay, lovely staff.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Perth for 5 nights for business purposes. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was warm and clean and the meals were really nice. Throughout the stay we were looked after by several Mercure staff but wanted to particularly thank Chloe and Steph, nothing was too much trouble. Diana was a pleasure with a smile in the restaurant, and the buffet for the team each day was nice as well. Overall a really nice stay. Thank you.

- The room was on the ground floor and was extremely run down- The shower was leaking from the pipe, which soaked the floor when used, the desk and chair were damaged and seat of the chair had little leather left on it and the radiator dripped continually. - The room is situated at the back of the hotel, with poor sound proofing to the outside. As a female I felt unsafe in the room as there was continual shouting and fighting from the housing estate across the road from the hotel, which kept me awake for most of the night.

Window wouldn't close completely and this created a draft. Heating only seemed to be on for part of the time resulting in the room being quite cold. The Wifi was also quite poor. Everything else with the room was OK

Great location brilliant staff especially the girl on reception (Cynthia I think?) very helpful bar staff great aswel, room was cold asked for a heater and had one brought to my room in under 5 mins, cannot speak highly enough of all the staff. Hotel is built on a old will has great features.

Although the location is perfect in the city, the car park is small, the room was ok, expected a walking shower not an overnight bath one, lighting wasn't the best in the bathroom. Over all a comfortable stay.
