Dining table directly in front of large screen tv not helpful. Bedside reading lights on seperate circuits would be helpful. Otherwise all good, especially helpfulness of staff.

Changes required to improve level of service to disabled clients. Too many steps to dining room to have breakfast although we did get the offer of having breakfast in an alternative lounge. This meant having to choose from menu and take it on a tray to our table. Not user friendly.

Stayed 2 nights for mobile field engineer work in the Perth area and used your hotel ad a base. The hotel and staff were fantastic. The only down side that I felt really letdown my stay was issues with the WiFi signal. Additionally the parking was quite limited but I did expect that from being so close to the centre but annoyingly once the main small carpark is full, the also small overflow didn't serve many spaces with huge council carparks all around and no discount or Mercure allocated spaces in that carpark. I had to pay for parking in the council carpark. The rooms were clean and comfortable but would benefit from a small upgrade to the lighting, sockets and carpet. But overall I was happy enough with the room. The Staff at the hotel were excellent, all very friendly and helpful. Extra thanks to Sara who was the lovely receptionist who checked me in and out again.
