Food from Room service was cold, went in the bin. Breakfast was just as bad food was cold. I will definitely not be staying at the Perth mercure in the future.

Very good for one night

This Mercure is an old one, built on an old mill, it has a real charm. The receptionist when we arrive and at check out was very nice and gave us a nice recommendation for dinner in the city. There is a carpark in front of the hotel and just 1min walking in case it’s full. The room is very old and need a refresh, especially the bathroom. It was good for one night.

Our whole experience was fantastic. We were a group of 8 people going to Perth Races and staying overnight. We had used the hotel the previous year for the same trip which is why we rebooked and we were not disappointed. The staff were incredible, so accommodating, friendly and genuinely could not do enough for us. Please pass on our thanks. We will be guaranteed to book again for 2025.
