All fine, except the room was not cleaned once in 4 nights. Could have done with tea and milk being replaced, even though not having the bed made is no problem.

The accommodation is in a nice historic building. However, all the equipment is outdated, the bed is not comfortable, the bathroom is outdated, the windows are drafty. The breakfast was simple, the coffee was poor. The service at the reception and in the restaurant was average. You have to pay for parking. The accommodation is conveniently located for exploring the Highlands. Nothing memorable.

Great friendly staff, only complaint the shower had no pressure and it was so poor my wife couldn't wash her hair because it was an over the bath shower it really needed grab rails, it could really do with an makeover to bring it up to date

Well located hotel with brilliant staff. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment as it is tired. The hot water coughs and splutters in rooms c 101, which can be dangerous.
