Quick last minute booking, booked at 5pm called to enquire what the possibilities were with interconnecting… just out luck, was available. Checked-in at 9pm with the kids in tow…. Sounds like a lot of work but these guys always keep it simple. They know I got the kids, they know it’s been a long night, they just know how to service you at check in. They read the mood and are always so helpful. We managed to get some breakfast for room service the next morning at 0730 for us all and the service was fresh and prompt! The location is amazing for the vibing couple and the family! It’s my go every time we visit Sydney.

I have recently stayed at the newly built Novotel Cabravale Resort and, due to a busy work schedule, I am only now able to provide my feedback. As a local resident, a long-time member of Cabravale RSL Club, and an Accor Plus Gold member, I was genuinely excited to experience the new facilities. the hotel presents very well; however, I would like to raise a few concerns to help improve the experience for future guests. I had booked to celebrate Mother’s Day. I booked Stay & Dine package via the ALL Accor app at the advertised rate. Unfortunately, upon check-in, I was informed that the package had already expired. This was quite disappointing, as the offer was still available at the time of booking and was charged accordingly. This may indicate a discrepancy wrong advertisement, which I hope can be reviewed to prevent confusion for other guests. In addition, I would like to highlight a safety concern within the hotel. My husband sustained a cut to his foot, which appears to have been caused by a sharp or uneven transition between the carpet and tiled flooring. Given that this is a newly built facility, I believe it is important to address this promptly, as it poses a risk—particularly to children and other guests. While we appreciate the quality and presentation of the new resort, I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to further enhance both guest experience and safety. Happy to provide images of his cuts feet. I would appreciate your review of these matters.
