I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the detailed explanations of the hotel facilities, the experience was truly memorable. The room upgrade provided by Ms. Takky was a delightful surprise and greatly enhanced our stay. Her hospitality and thoroughness in explaining the facilities added to the overall enjoyment of our time at the hotel. The best Hotel for Couple,Friends and Family. The Hotel is beautiful and is located in the best location near Panwa beach. It has its own private beach and have lots of activities. The Manager Miss Peakky is very helpful and cooperative and receiptionist Miss Takky is the best in her service speaking good English and help us with all types of coordination and support to make us feel comfortable with our stay.

Very overprice food at pool And lunch restaurant , extremely overpriced beverages . No towels change for 3 days . Trash on the beach not being removed . Swimable beach for just few hours a day ( at low tide water move half mile away )

Pullman Panwa was the final location of our family holiday across Thailand. Having spoiled ourselves and booked 5* hotels for the entire trip we were really excited about our final hotel being luxurious. The 5* hotels in Bangkok and Chang Mai were proper 5*, Pullman Panwa was disappointing. A family room in a 5* hotel should not have cubicle style toilets and showers, no one wants to hear their spouse/child use the loo. Individually, the members of staff were lovely and friendly, unfortunately the service was slow every day. It would take 20/30 mins to get drinks from the pool bar, breakfast staff were overrun. To me 5* is more than just the building, it’s the quality of service, and albeit friendly l, it wasn’t good enough. I wouldn’t recommend Pullman if you are looking for luxury, great for 3* beach holiday, but we can get that closer to home and cheaper!

We stayed in your beautiful hotel for two weeks and really enjoyed our stay. Everyone in your team was so helpful and so knowledgebale, friendly and welcoming. When our daughter had a sun burn on her face ( we are not used to sun like this in UK) your rooms devision manager and his colleagues were straight there to help us offering local cream to make our daughter feel better. We really enjoyed the guests drinks on Thurday night with your team - everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was always very clean - compliments to your housekeeping. The team at the beach with kyaks and underwater gliders were very helpful. The team on breakfast - amazing again. The entire experience was fantastic. You have shown us true Thai hospitality - Thank you all! Matthew, Us, Fahad - just a few names we would like to give a special Thank yous to.
