We have stayed here several times before. Always welcoming and the parking is a bonus in the centre of Dieppe. Reception staff unable to offer adice on how to get to the Ferry. The normal route was closed due to bridge repairs. Should not have to rely on other guests for information. Room clean and breakfast plentiful.

Checked in online two days before visit so everything in place when we reached hotel with no forms to complete on arrival. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful especially when giving directions to the limited space hotel car park. Every room has its own 6 digit code so no keys or cards to carry around. Code displayed on pre-completed paperwork. At end of stay no official check out required. Continental style breakfast well presented and great start to the day. Can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Welcoming, friendly reception, acknowledged my many bags and offered me a room near a lift; asked if the room was acceptable to me as it was an adapted room for the disabled. Large room and very comfortable bed, view over a park. Very quiet. For a budget hotel the breakfast was more than adequate. My only negative ( slightly) comment is that I would have liked a chair in reception whilst I waited for my taxi. There were two chairs occupied by giant Teddy Bears,
