Good overnight stay. Arrived 11 pm after crossing the Channel on car ferry. Signage needs improvement to find hotel. No available parking space for our large car and had to use disabled bay, with agreement of receptionist. Room clean and satisfactory for overnight stay before early departure.

Good one night stay

Room was clean and very comfortable. A little small but fine for onr night. Arrived late due to ferry arrival but that was no problem for hotel reception. I was offered a reception level room as it was noted that I was using a walking stick. I was offered a beverage on arrival and opted for a tea with cold milk which I welcomed. Bathroom was spotless and well designed. I was travelling alone and felt very secure in the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and smiley as though they really enjoy their metier.

Well located . Breakfast good. Bathroom a bit run down with not very hot shower and toilet lid broken on both occasions we visited last week . Have told reception . We were given the same room 29 on both visits . Couldn't get radiator working and under bed dusty .
