We have stayed several times and always enjoy the hotel. However this time, in order to avoid a room that doesn’t have bedside tables (we had one previously and it was a complete nuisance not having a table by the bed) we booked a family room. The space in the room was great, the bedside tables were great, the shower was good - but the pictures on your website of the family room showed a sofa in the room. When we arrived there was no sofa. We like to sit and relax and the sofa would have been ideal but it was not there. We generally never complain or make a fuss so we said nothing, but it would be good to know it would be in the room if/when we book again to stay. One other problem was the soap dispenser both at the sink and in the shower were very fiddly and only dispensed small drops of soap. Not very hygienic or user friendly. The staff are lovely, the bar is nice and it’s good that some snacks/ small meals are being offered. PS I am a Silver Member of ALL ACCOR

We stayed for one night two days to explore Dieppe, our only regret was not opting for a late checkout. If the staff had suggested this as an option when they new our ferry wasn't till 6pm that would have been quite helpful.
