Good morning, I am sorry that the stay did not live up to your expectations. On our site, it is possible to reserve rooms with two separate beds, but we were probably already full for this room category. The hotel's policy is to take a deposit on the bank card upon arrival, this limits waiting at departure, and allows customers to centralize all expenses for the stay on a single invoice.
