The location was wonderful. There was a lot to explore. The rooms were super clean well taken care of and for the price of a hotel and a location. Both were amazing. The atmosphere from the moment I entered the checked out a week later stayed consistent. But most importantly, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Adison the concierge upfront thank you for helping me make plans that made my trip that much better. Very much appreciated. And highly recommend this hotel.

We had booked 2 rooms for our Bangkok stay. The front desk staff was really nice and gave us connecting rooms. The location is very good with lots of restaurants around. Sukhumvit metro station is @10 minute walk away and the hotel also provides a complimentary tuktuk ride to the station. There is a good restaurant called Lilly Fu’s at the entrance which serves good food which is handy for lunch/dinner. Hotel breakfast is served at the same location.

Have stayed here many times due to the great location and the fantastic staff . It is why I continue to return . However my last stay was by far my worst experience. I am always upgraded which is appreciated, my last stay I was placed in a room that had at least multiple parties located next to the room and across the hall , for the first 3 nights of my 8 night stay the noise emanating from both rooms was unbearable until 6am most days , obviously partying doors slamming and literal screaming . Quite obvious smoking in the room even though hotel claims to be a non smoking hotel . At the end of night 3 it was very evident the occupants were smoking marijuana in the room , at 6am I had to approach reception and request an immediate room change . Which was accommodated efficiently . Overall it was very disappointing experience and as this hotel has no dining attached to the hotel I will reconsider any future stays here
