The hotel is located close to the Gent Dampoort train station, and it’s a few minutes' walk to the hotel. It was easily accessible. I loved the food and the well-looked-after rooms. I enjoyed my stay, and it was a worthwhile experience for me.

Hotel well located but the room was dusty especially the walls. This is why I woke up with a stuffy nose and was coughing throughout the night so didn’t really get a good night sleep

In the mornings, the room air conditioner would switch to the cold setting and wouldn't heat the room. I told reception the first day in the morning and they fixed it at central control, but on the second morning it was back to the cold setting. There were also no shower slippers in the rooms.

This hotel absolutely suited the needs of our small group. It is situated close to the centre of Ghent and we were easily able to walk in and enjoy the local attractions. The rooms were basic but comfortable and very well priced and the public areas were clean and charming. Staff were helpful and efficient. We would be happy to stay here again.
