We and our staff work every day to ensure our guests have a smooth and pleasant stay in accordance with the NOVOTEL STANDARD, which is highly valued by many around the world. It seems that, unlike with most of our other guests, we were not entirely successful in doing so in your case, which we naturally regret deeply. Accor’s general cancellation policy, as a company, always specifies midnight on the day before arrival as the latest possible cancellation deadline for the entire stay or any part thereof. This is also clearly stated in your written reservation confirmation. As a long-standing Accor franchise partner, we apologize, but we must adhere to these guidelines just as all other hotels do.
