Everything was great. The only problem I had is breakfast. Breakfast price is really high compared to what is being served. Throughout all week, breakfast options have not changed even sightliest.. While it was advertised that there is a diverse breakfast menu - it was complete opposite, warm food there were only basically only eggs and bacon.

The stay was fine but the booking process was more complicated than necessary. I needed to book 6-7 rooms and was told by reservations that that is not a group booking so I made several bookings in my name which I then called reservations to attempt to allocate the rooms to the people who would actually occupy them and they said it was unnecessary only for the hotel to email me day of and ask for names (clear). In the end I only got loyalty credit for two rooms because it was not booked as a group which was also disappointing as I am close to the next status level and a group booking would have likely made the whole process easier and helper me reach my status.

Es tut uns leid, dass der Buchungsprozess für Ihre Gruppe komplizierter war als erwartet. Wir verstehen, dass es verwirrend sein kann, mehrere Zimmer zu buchen, insbesondere wenn die Zimmer den einzelnen Personen zugewiesen werden müssen. Laut den Accor-Richtlinien werden Punkte bei Gruppenbuchungen leider nur für bis zu zwei Zimmer pro Aufenthalt gutgeschrieben. Wir verstehen, dass dies enttäuschend sein kann, besonders wenn Sie kurz vor dem nächsten Statuslevel stehen. I stayed for more than one week at the hotel and my overall experience was good. The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet is convenient.

About a 15 min walk into town. We had a good stay. Only slight problem was being too hot at night, so could have slept better. A lighter duvet would have helped.

Good room, great bedding, far from center (for a small town hotel)
