Everything was nice except the things that there's no table in the room. A sofa is nice for a vacation, but in my case it was a business trip and I would prefer a table to a sofa.

Our standard double rooms just like our family rooms do not have a desk but a sofa. We also have bussiness rooms which include a working space. We stayed only one night Room 100% ok Breakfast: we missed the buffet, but we understand these are difficult times due to covid19

I had a very nice stay in this hotel. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming. The only (small) issue was the relative difficulty to obtain what I wanted for breakfast: for example I was told that there was no fruit or yogurt whereas I had some the day before etc.

Marvellously located; only a short walk from the beautiful Old Town, but quietly removed from any unnecessary hectic. All staff, from the reception to the cleaning personnel, were friendly, helpful, and professional. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was notable and exemplary. All in all, I could find no fault in my four night stay, and have made a reservation for a further two nights.

Hotel placed in the walking distance from the Old Town. Flawless. Tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful staf. Big room. Brand new facility. Great design - hundreds of fantastic books.

Noisy, the walls trembled as people around closed doors etc.

Something has gone wrong with the build of the hotel. As other guest closed the doors in their rooms, the walls in our room shook. That was very annoying as it meant that the headboard also shook. Luckily the neighbours were quiet during the night. If it wasn't for this problem, I would recommend the hotel. The breakfast was good and the breakfast waitress very friendly.
