We and our staff work every day to ensure our guests have a smooth and pleasant stay in accordance with the IBIS STANDARD—a standard that is highly valued by many and with which you are personally are more than very well acquainted. Unfortunately, you have not yet responded to any of our attempts to contact you—including on all other platforms where you and your accompanying persons have described, in some cases, very different experiences that you claim to have had at our hotels—so that we here at the hotel are no longer certain whether all the “experiences” you’ve described actually refer to hotel experiences that you truly had to endure during your stay with us, or whether there are other, possibly personal, reasons for the negative reviews of your stay. Of course, just like in any hotel, there are things and processes at our hotel that don’t run as smoothly as we would like, but we are always open to constructive follow-up discussions!!! It would be nice if you would adopt this attitude as well—or had done so in the past few days or weeks—because even if you were a private guest at our hotel, you always represent a group of people during such hotel stays, and naturally, this carries with it a certain responsibility given the privileges offered. We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful lady at the reception on August 29, 2026. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt more like a student dormitory room than a hotel room. There were several stains on the carpet and curtains (room 109), and the walls were dirty in some places. The shower area would also benefit from a thorough cleaning. The drains in both the shower and the washbasin were very slow, probably partially blocked. Breakfast was good, but the selection was rather limited. The fruit selection was especially disappointing – the bananas did not look fresh and the apples were very small. We were also surprised that guests are expected to clear away their own dishes after breakfast. Overall, the quality and condition of the hotel did not meet our expectations for its star rating.

This hotel was not good! We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and we check in 1 am late check in. My room daughter has 2 pcs used condoms under her bed so we hve to change her room. When we check out i fill up abit water in the reception to taste the water with flavor but the receptionist yelling me to tap water in WC because its clean she said,i told her no thank you im only curious about the taste of water with cocumber..but she kept yelling tap the water in toilet she is really terrible mitarbeiter! Its only a water and if even i make refill full the bottle i hve still you dont need to yell the gäste! Then refill a water again for the gäste oder! This hotel is terrible very unfriendly workers and the room is not clean!

It was a calm period. Bar was closed in the evening (happy hour announced at the reception😐) So we went to the adjacent Novotel bar as indicated. Room was OK. More cupboard space and closed would be nicer. Perfect parking located under both hotels. It takes a walk at about 25 mintes to reach the old city center. More dedicated to business events than for tourism.

Close to city center and also located close to railway station. Very friendly staff. One point for improvement, recreation facility for visitors who arrive early at your facility and if the rooms are not yet ready.

The shower flooded, the shower head could not be fixed so you could not stand under it. The airco did not want to cool only heating was possible with an already warm room.

Every day, our team and we are fully committed to ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant and hassle-free stay, in keeping with the globally recognized ibis standards. Our hotel, which opened in 2020, was designed and built according to a modern, certified German low-energy standard. This certification specifically includes a modern reversible air conditioning system that provides cooling or heating capacity in accordance with applicable requirements, depending on the outdoor temperature measured on-site. In our case, this corresponds to an outdoor temperature of 19 degrees Celsius, measured on the roof of the building. Below this threshold, the system ventilates the rooms with 19-degree outdoor air or provides heating. The air conditioning system is therefore not operated at our discretion, but in accordance with German regulations, and is part of Accor’s sustainability efforts, which aim to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
