The hotel is a typical german countryside inn which is fine completely if it was not marketed as Mercure and ALL which raises certain expectations. Also i asked to email me my receipt on check out. I knew it would never come and it never did. Next thing i am waiting for my points credited to my account which i guess will also not happen but i need to wait for 7 days… the lady at the reception was looking through me… no customer service whatsoever. I asked for water she offered me to buy a bottle for 3 euros, i am a gold member that welcome drink not even a topic. Room had no coat hangers for my clothes. Oh boy

Arrived late at night on the way to skitrip. Friendly service. We had one double room for 2 and one double room for 1 person. We were not told, but discovered after unpacking that the room we chose for 2 only had one blanket and one set of towels. We managed, of course, but reception could have informed us. The breakfast next morning was good with everything that you would usually find in Mercure hotels.

The man that was during the night on the reception was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional.
