I stayed at Santa Teresa in June and left completely enchanted. The whole place feels like a slice of nature-fantasy inside Rio — every corner has a special atmosphere. The Bar dos Descasados is perfect for a drink, always lively, always with something happening. The spa… I had an amazing massage there. From the pool bar, the view is unbelievable: you can see the whole city, from Maracanã to Central do Brasil, even the ferris wheel — and it’s the most beautiful sunset I’ve ever seen. The room I stayed in was exactly my style: spacious, elegant, with that charming old-Rio sophistication. The breakfast is pure joy, delicious and generous. And dinner at Terése restaurant … waw!!! one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve ever had. A place that truly stays with you.”

A truly beautiful hotel with an exceptional level of care throughout the entire stay. The staff were outstanding - welcoming, attentive, and consistently thoughtful in ways that never felt forced. Every detail was considered, which made the experience feel effortless and special from start to finish. No notes at all. I’m already looking forward to returning.

I really loved the hotel, the room, the breakfast, the service. The bathroom, however, could really use a lot better cleaning - the walls had grime on them (that i could take off with my nails), the faucets had a lot of limescale deposits. The rest was absolutely wonderful.

My experience at the hotel is always wonderful: I’m welcomed with smiles, I feel light, happy, and completely at ease.

My experience at Santa Teresa MGallery was excellent. The hotel has a unique atmosphere — charming, peaceful, and very welcoming. The thoughtful décor and harmonious spaces create an immediate sense of well-being. The noise level is very low, which guarantees real rest. The service is outstanding: the staff is attentive, kind, and always ready to help with professionalism and warmth. The amenities are great, with comfortable common areas, a beautiful pool, a bar, and perfect spaces to relax. The restaurant also deserves praise — delicious dishes, beautifully presented, in a very pleasant setting. Highly recommended. A truly special experience.

We were new to Brazil and the hotel made everything really easy and comfortable. Our room was huge, tastefully designed with nice touches like a bamboo amplifier for the phone and a view of Christ the redeemer from the window
