Small but functional room with modern bathroom in excellent condition. Nicely placed for a visit to the old town over the river. Parking not on site , but plenty of free parking in the roads and car park opposite. The one complaint we had was that our window faced "Le Pub"which closes at 1.00 in the morning and was busy/noisy even on a Tuesday night. (BTW this was with their customers inside the pub with doors open. It would be worse when they are able to use the garden).

I had the worst experience in this hotel. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm started to ring, a false alarm, there was no fire. It rang for about 15 minutes, at 2AM. The next day, the staff didn’t even bother to apologize! When staying in a hotel, pretty much the first thing you are looking for is to get a good night of sleep, well that didn’t happen….

Dear Madam, Indeed, our alarm went off (system set up to secure our customers) for 5 minutes (mandatory standard of 5 minutes without us being able to stop it), due to a cooking incident of one of our customers. We have apologised to a majority of the people we were able to see when they left, so we apologise if you were not asked when you left. We hope to regain your confidence during a future stay. Madame, En effet notre alarme s'est déclenché (système mis en place pour la sécurité de nos clients) pendant 5 minutes (norme obligatoire de 5 minutes sans que nous puissions l'arrêter), du fait d'un incident de cuisson de l'un de nos clients. Nous nous sommes excusés auprès d'une majorité des personnes que nous avons pu voir à leur départ alors veuillez nous excuser si l'on ne vous a pas sollicité lors du votre...
