We have stayed here every year since 2018, on more than one occasion. Our most recent visit was a great disappointment. Our shower, sink and toilet were all blocked - the shower flooded the room so my husband felt unable to use it after me. No one was supervising breakfast and so most of the items were running low by 9:15 - the bacon and scrambled eggs were not replenished, the milk ran out … no one even took our room number! Such a shame - it all seemed run down, tatty and not what we have experienced before or come to expect. We are booked in again soon - hope it’s improved by then!

Lovely river view and comfortable bed.The reception staff were very kind,efficient and helpful.Free parking very close by in local car park.Nice breakfast.Only issue was not much room at bottom of bed to walk past.
