Overall it's good experience, this place have a good kids room many activities they can do Breakfast is so good, soto Banjar is really delicious ( and for sure I will come back for soto Banjar ) not many choices but oke But one my disappointed, I already request ( by call ) a day before, my husband is bday in that day, I req for a cake and decoration wording in mirror but it's zonk Cake is late, almost 3-5 hours after we check in, and no wording decoration as I request Ya, I hope in other time Ibis can manage well For the wise, don't publish my review in your platforms

My recent stay at Ibis Styles Bogor Pajajaran was a good experience. The reception team was welcoming and efficient, quickly handling my requests. The food offered met my expectations. The quality of fresh fruits was delightful. Though the bakery items could be improved, everything was satisfactory. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. I was also happy to be given a larger room, which made my stay more comfortable. I really appreciate it. Thank you to the team at Ibis Styles Bogor Pajajaran for a nice stay.
