I have a 5 month old baby and we arrived at 2 pm they made us wait until 3 pm for check in and then 3 pm became 4:30 pm to have our room, not only this but the reception staff was extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and rude.

We fully understand how stressful it must have been to wait for your room with a five-month-old baby, and the delays you encountered are unacceptable. We would like to note that we offered an alternative room type for you to relax in while your assigned room was being prepared, but we understand that this option did not meet your needs. Please know that your experience does not reflect the level of care and professionalism we strive to provide. We truly regret the frustration caused and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our services during a future stay. As always, my stay at this hotel was wonderful. Despite the large number of guests, the hotel staff made a great effort to provide excellent service. The reception team was very helpful with my move to another hotel. I returned the next day. Breakfast was very busy, but the kitchen handled it well. Special thanks to Tornike — he truly deserves to be Employee of the Month for his attitude toward work and professionalism. Special thanks as well to the housekeeping team — the room was perfectly cleaned, everything was very clean and cozy.

This was my and my family’s 5th stay in the hotel we have always left happy. This time wasn’t an exception just one of ours rooms was given to us 1.5 hours late but as a compensation we were able to do late checkout. The hotel staff including the manager and reception staff were super kind and man of grace during that not pleasant moment for us of the delay. But overall we again left the hotel happy and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel itself is good, but the attitude of the staff leaves something to be desired.
