Booked two rooms for me and my family (my daughter travelled with us) but was unable to get interconnected rooms. No effort was made to go a little extra for ALL PLUS Voyageur guests. As a Titanium Elite guest in Bonvoy, I enjoy that they make a little fuss for valued guests, but had no sense of this at the Pullman in Tbilisi.

Poor service and facilities

The water in the shower were not hot enough and it too you a long time to fix. I asked for an additional coffee capsules and a bottle of water which too you more then an hour to deliver after 5 calls to the reception and for the last call you haven't answer.
