The stay itself is good. However, we left some wire for charging our gadgets in the room after check out. Communication about this is a nightmare. First, we managed to inform the hotel within hours after our departure. The operator informed us that she would have to check with housekeeping and call us. We did not receive a call back. We then tried calling back the hotel for 2 days thereafter at night thinking it would be better to call when the hotel is perhaps not busy. For both days, no one picked up the phone! This is despite repeated calls - 12 consecutive calls? Something must be seriously wrong with the hotel's telephone service. If no one can contact the hotel by speaking to the operator after office hours, then the hotel is simply uncontactable to the outside world! This is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel of the stature of Sofitel. Your management should seriously look into this. To date, we still don't know if our items are found by housekeeping. Retrieving a lost and found item should not be this difficult.

I have been staying at your hotel since it opened and I have to agree with my colleagues that the breakfast is not as it used to be. However, it's ok to scale down but not like this. Very poor selection of sweaty cold cut and cheese is not ok.

It was my first time staying here, and having a super nice experiences. Got a complimentary minibar in the 1st day, got a chance to try the famous virgin active fitness centre, all the staff were very kind, even when only exchanging the welcome drink coupon, the staff very nice and giving me a complimentary chips. Ussually the experience at the other place they just serve you the drink with a cold attitiude, because you just taking the free drink. The concierge staff also very nice, everytime i finish do some jogging, he offered dan giving me the water for drink. Thank you so much sofitel teams, definitely gonna stay there again next time.
