The hotel was truly exceptional. The location was excellent, the reception was outstanding, and despite how busy the hotel was, the staff handled everything quickly and efficiently. The room, services, and overall facilities were all wonderful, making my stay very comfortable. My only concern was the room’s air conditioning, as the temperature would occasionally fluctuate between cooler and warmer settings. Aside from that, everything else was exceptional — from the service and rooms to the amenities, apartment features, and overall experience.

The employee good and helpful There is one point the day of check out there's bad behaviour to harry the guest to leave they are disturb me many times during my rest time really I got angry for these actions

I had a bit of a struggle with the room design and overall concept of it. The light in the dressing area is extremely annoying — it would’ve been great to have a switch to control it, rather than it turning on with every tiny movement I also found it difficult that there was no hand wash in the bathroom! The only hand wash was in the shower. There was a bottle in the room, but it’s lotion ONLY, not hand wash. That’s a hygiene issue for me. On top of that, every time I tried to call from the room phone, a message popped up asking for a password. Other times, it sent me straight to voicemail. I needed at least five attempts just to reach any department "EVERY SINGLE TIME". The kettle would not turn off automatically. The iron worked for two minutes and then completely stopped. When I asked for a replacement, I was given a much smaller iron with no features at all. That said, I’m giving my experience a 10/10 because of the warm welcome from the front desk, all housekeeping, and the café & restaurant team — they were all incredibly kind. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk, Karan, and another young lady I believe was named Urmi from the housekeeping.. Always smiling and helpful. Maybe it will be difficult for me to repeat the visit because of the challenges I had, since they're related to the hotel's concept and design. But your people are truly incredible.
