As a gold member I expect the little extras. My upgraded room had mould growing on the windows, there were no coffee pods, and when I asked at reception I was told they could not give me any as it was "the housekeeper" who needed to do that and she had left for the day. There were no complimentary biscuits on the tray. There was only one half used toilet roll in the bathroom. Not good enough considering how much I spend a year staying at the hotel.

I visit once a year for an annual dinner dance and it is always nice. Staff are lovely, rooms are well presented and big and the breakfast is wonderful
