Very good hotel breakfast let it down a little as often cold and not restocked quickly enough without asking staff which were difficult to find.

How the building is distributed among both, Ibis and Novotel, is confusing. Reception on second floor and concierge on ground floor is not practical. Check in was extremely slow, and despite of having a queue waiting, the person on the desk was just chatting about random things with the passenger, without any consideration for the people waiting. No information about checkout time was given during check in. The room was not cleaned properly, bed not made, tea station not replenished daily despite of a 5 days stay, towels not replaced daily. Breakfast options were poor when compared with other 4stars hotel buffet service.
