I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are very wey. What stood out most was the surrounding area. There are great cafes and grocery stores just around the corner which made our stay very pleasant

I'm ALL Accor member, oftenly stays in Accor group hotel. This is first time staying in Novotel Jogja, and unfortunately not the best experience I had.

This is my second time staying at Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro. I love the spacious room; breakfast is also delightful, with a wide variety of menu options. The most beneficial aspect is the location, which is very easy to access, near the shopping center, pharmacy, laundry, and many local restaurants. The staff is also very friendly and helpful to us. All is perfect, except on one night we found a tomcat in one of our pillows. But then the staff quickly changed all the bed sheets and pillows. I think the hotel needs to clean all the beds with special cleaners that target bugs, so it won't happen again.

Stayed 5 nights with my daughters, perfect location especially with young kids, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and most attractions in Malioboro. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only downside we had was there is only 1 elevator and it is so slow, so it does get a bit frustrating when It is busy.
