Great hotel, fantastic location for the O2.

This was our second stay in Ibis Canning Town. We loved our stay there the first time and were looking forward to staying there again. And it didn't disappoint. It's clean, comfortable, with everything you need in the room. The shower cubicle is spacious and the water power is great. They provide 2 bottles of water and all tea/coffee amenities. Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly, always happy to help if you need anything. We were there both times for the O2 concert. The location is fantastic, only one stop away from the North Greenwich and in the opposite direction where the majority of the concert crowd goes. So the tube wasn't full, once you get to the tube station. The crowd moved quite quickly to the tube. So despite it's massive, it doesn't take too long to get to the station. The hotel is right opposite the Canning Town tube station across the road. It was a deciding factor for me booking it for the first time as I was worried coming back safely late at night. The area itself is safe. We never felt uncomfortable coming back. Looking forward to staying there again.

I booked a room for me & my teen daughter to share after a concert at the O2. The hotel was so easy to get to, 1 stop on the jubilee line from O2 and only across the road from the tube station which made me feel ok as walking late at night on our own. The staff were really efficient, helpful and friendly. The hotel has a lovely vibe as you walk in. The room was clean and well presented. We had a lovely quiet & comfortable night sleep. I’ll definitely book again for my next O2 concerts

Great hotel, easy location

Second time staying here with a friend. This time for Abba Voyage. The hotel couldn't be any closer to a tube station, its directly across the road. Very handy in bad weather or if you have heavy bags. The staff are lovely, a really friendly and fun guy helped us to get tkts for the Jurassic World Experience. We had a right laugh. The rooms are small but petfect for our needs, clean and comfy. Air con was very useful. A good bathroom which was also very clean. The bar/cafe downstairs is a treat. The hotel is also the perfect location for events at the 02.
