Who is stupid enough to put air-conditioning fans under the window?

The hotel itself would have been OK. But we were put in a room which overlooked outside all the air-conditioning fans for the building. How is anyone stupid enough to do such a thing. The noise was incredible that we could not sleep, and the output from these fans is extremely unhealthy. We will NEVER set foot in this hotel again. It was horrible. A shame for the people working there who have no influence on these things.

We had a lovely stay and were really impressed by the cleanliness and decor of the hotel, especially the rooms. The price was excellent in relation to how close it was to the city center. The breakfast room was lovely and clean and had a good selection, although it might be nice to have a few more vegan/dairy free alternatives! All in all it was a great stay and we’ll definitely be back

Its a good hotel with quality, good staff but very expensive for medium quality. The quality of internet is very bad for an capitol like london. Much noise of air conditionary out side the room. The breakfast is not good and not bad, just normaly breakfast. The beds are very amazin and the bathroom same. Not realy far of center of london. So a good hotel with a lot of good and bas quality for the price.

I spend a lovely days in london but the london ibis style when i stay 3 nights have some problems. The bad connection wifi for a ibis style hotel in a capitol like london its a problem. The breakfast stay standard, but its ok. And finnaly a lot of rooms have the same problem as me, the conditionnary systeme product much noise in the room. The ibis style hotel its a good hotel but can do better for the price.

Having never stayed in an Ibis Styles before, we had no idea what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised! Lots of lovely little touches, clean, comfy beds and a decent breakfast. The window in our room did let in a lot of exterior noise (including builders at 6am on a Saturday morning) but it wasn't enough to wake you if you were already asleep. Breakfast was good but very limited vegetarian selection. This could be offered as a request for those guests who require it. Still, a very tasty meal!

Hi, I chose the room below. ( see spec below). Having gone to the room it is not what was described and not what was booked. Was bringing the wife to London so I thought I would get a good room. - The bed is a standard double bed - was supposed to be a queen size bed - No single bed - the ac does not work - the portable ac does not work - promised a 42” TV - not even a 22” - currently, the kettle does not work This is not what I paid for. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Room 433 was clean but cold, thankfully there is a portable heater. The blind is too thin & too narrow for the window. The bright lights from the carpark below shone through the blind making the room bright enough to walk around even though its the middle of the night. The bedside tables was missing, i had to use the chair as a table. There was no light on the writing desk. The bathroom floor flooded when i used the shower, there was so much water i had to use a towel for the floor. The Digital Inverter above the door flashed all night illuminating the room. I found the pillows very hard. I did not sleep very on my first night in the hotel and i do not wish to used that room again,
