Great Stay-Cation location - close to shopping precinct, entertainment venues, and restaurants. Free parking provision was a bonus. Attached restaurant "Titanium" supply's a wonderful buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price for patrons.

This is an excellent hotel easy check in rooms wrre well equipped clean and a good size. We had dinner in the restaurant the menu was great and so was our food. Parking at rear was convenient to get to. Highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff for our enjoyable stay.

easy to locate and in a good location, always parking spaces available. Rooms were clean and large enough to contain everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a desk and lounge chair. On site bar and restaurant is convenient, also located a short walk from the centre of town. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Some rooms are located externally, motel style, and some within the main building, rooms in the main building facing over the park do experience some road noise, however, did not keep me awake and ear plugs are provided should you require them. A fellow traveler was located in an external room and would have preferred if the room deadlock worked as she would have felt safer - we assumed it was just broken and did forget to report this on checkout, so to be fair it could have been resolved. Bathroom is very compact but was clean and contained what I needed, be patient with the shower - it does get warm but the temperature is a bit difficult to get just right - persevere and it is all good.

Felt the hotel seemed very dated. No streaming platforms on TV. Windows were white & clouded & difficult to see view out of. Our room was located near the lift & the lift made a terrible noise when anyone used it. Did very much appreciate the birthday gesture though. Hotel in a great location for visiting Launceston.

We were happy with size and and quality of the room. The staff were welcoming and very pleasant. We found the King bed a little too hard, and we both had restless sleeps both nights. I asked reception after the first night if they had a mattress topper or some foam, but was told, sorry no, nothing they could do, and switching rooms won't help as they all have the same mattress. So not a good result. We also tried the buffet breakfast which we were told is open until 10am. We arrived at 9:15am and many of the bay maries were empty. The waitress told us because it's late they don't want to waste food, yet we were there 45 mins before close. So we had to order and wait. I'd advise to get there early if you want the full hot breakfast or if you sleep in, maybe try a local Cafe, most serve all day breakfast. We had some rain and asked reception if by any chance they had an umbrella we could borrow. We received 2 very good quality umbrella's which we had to pay $10 deposit which is refunded when you return them Over all its a nice hotel, it has easy free parking, a lift to get your luggage up to your room, it was clean and quiet and had good blockout curtains. Room amenities were good and apart from the mattress, we enjoyed our stay here.
