Booked my twin sister and I rooms. Thought it was clear it was both of our birthdays, the chocolates and birthday plate only set out for 1 of us. Heard loud stomping all night. The shower was mouldy. Had to call after room service forgot the drink I ordered. Called to extend my checkout, was put on hold for over 5 minutes so I just hung up. Really just nothing special considering the price I paid.
