I got charged for 3 x mini bar items when I didn’t consume anything but the two bottles of water and chocolate left on the table for us which we assumed were complimentary because of the note left for us. Disappointing. Would be good to get this refunded. $8 ea for the water plus $6 presumably for chocolate totalling $22

It was a very memorable experience from the time we checked in to leaving. The hotel building is immaculate. Couldn’t fault it one bit. The hotel staff were all extremely professional and polite. The position of the hotel was easy to get to and accessible to everything. The hotel room and the decor, amenities and comfort was exceptional. The pool, sauna, and gym was guest class. The restaurant and buffet was amazing too.

The hotel is very beautiful, and the staff looks professional. We were particularly impressed by Razoul at the reception. He was very helpful for our stay, giving advises, showing us attention and care. He was also extremely efficient and fast in his interactions. His colleagues were very professional as well. One of them gave us very good advises for our visits. Another one , Yuki, helped us to bring our luggages to our room and he took the time to put them in the right places and hang our coats. This quality of service from the front desk is outstanding. However a few glitches diluted our first very good impression: The turn down service was so so. The bed was not very professionally made. At the club millésime, there were a serious lack of smile and we didn’t feel that welcome. Especially a blond lady looking very professional and rather snob in the way she looked at us and talked to us, probably thinking this is the 5 stars required style, while a bit of smile would have made our experience so much better. Indeed another one was running nervously all over the places, complaining there were too many people, with limited efficiency… We were requested to order hot snacks and our food was forgotten and never served… Luckily we noticed another lady with much a better approach. We observed her and she knew what she was doing, always graciously, smiling, peaceful but fast and efficient. She finally offered us a drink, came to her table between serving others. There were a lot of people indeed but she didn’t show it and took the time to ask us if we wanted to order hot snacks too. We didn’t notice her name but if I may describe her I would tell she looks Indian. At the breakfast, a very helpful gentleman was smiling and friendly, he took our order, but the tea never came. We ordered again and a wrong order arrived at our table. The F&B and turn down service were below what we are used to in Sofitel while the reception, concierge service and overall design were among our best experiences. This made our overall experience still very positive despite the glitches.

All staff pleasant and professional. A special mention to our sommelier Daniel for his excellent suggestions of wine for our evening meal and his friendly manner. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
