We had a club suite on a high floor with a view toward the Adelaide hills. It was quite roomy with a separate bedroom, good size walk in robe, large bathroom with bath. There was also a separate powder room with a 2nd toilet. The bar fridge in the room was tiny and not very cold. The room was noisy at night when trying to sleep. We could hear the nightclubs which were located in a street behind the hotel. One night the noise went on until 4am. There was a welcoming plate of fruit and chocolate on arrival. All the staff were nice and helpful. We opted for vallet parking and they bought our car around quickly whenever it was needed. The Club Lounge was nice. Lovely breakfast and nibbles and drinks in the evening.

Loved the room, although the bed has 2 mattresses which are not quite at the same height levels. Couple of things I found a little interesting - normally when I stay at an Accor property I have some water or snacks in my room, but not with you. And I was really excited when I saw you have Toby's Estate coffee, but when I had a latte there, it was not as good as I was expecting.

I am a Diamond member that stays often at Adelaide Sofitel. I had just about to always book a Club Millésime room (normally for a larger room, even though I have club access as a diamond member). I arrived on the club floor for breakfast only to find a sign that stated “breakfast is no longer served in the Club during weekdays”. This was not mentioned when I booked via the app nor was it mentioned to me at checkin. I specifically choose Sofitel Adelaide due the privacy and relaxed atmosphere of the Club. I understand cost cutting measures but for a 5 Star Sofitel to close its club is not what returning clients want. Regards Peter K.
