We didnt' get to check in to our room until after 2pm and then the A/C did not work overnight so the room was really hot. But it was a nice hotel

There were too many confusions made by your staff on our stay. We were entitled to a room upgrade through our Accor Gold membership status. We could see that upgraded rooms were available to book through your website however this was denied us and we remained in a base level room. Our room rate also included a food and beverage credit to use. Your staff told us that we were unable to use this at your property however we could redeem it on our accommodation cost. When we went to check out we were then told that this was not correct so our voucher went unused. A staff member was going to call us back once they’d confirmed however this did not occur either.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for four nights. On the day of check-in, the receptionist kindly assisted us with an early check-in, which we appreciated. However, when we entered our room, we noticed a significant amount of hair on the bed. We contacted the front office and staff name Long were told someone would come to change the sheets immediately. Unfortunately, we waited almost an hour and had to call several times before a staff member arrived. When he did come, he was very helpful and changed the sheets promptly. Waiting for nearly an hour with a sleeping toddler was not a great experience. Aside from this incident, everything else about our stay was very good.

The aircon will stop supplying cool air in the middle of the night which woke me up at 3 to 5 am throughout my stay. The body lotion bottle was wrongly filled up with handwash gel.
